ArcMichael reads a case file, checks it against a published rule-set, and sets out what it found — with the document, page and line behind each point — for a named person at the firm to confirm or overrule. It never makes the regulatory decision; it makes sure the person who does has the evidence in front of them.
Purchase, remortgage, buy-to-let, product transfer and protection files, checked against a rule-set whose every rule is numbered, cited and configurable to your network's thresholds.
Each finding carries a severity, the rule it cites, the evidence it rests on and a proposed resolution. An administrator confirms or overrides every one, and the override is recorded.
Staff, roles, two-factor sign-in, a full activity ledger, your company details and logo on every report, and a branded copy of every invoice.
Clients, cases and products taken from the files you have already reviewed, with reminders before a deal ends — only once you have confirmed the details and recorded a lawful basis.
Where the build is: accounts, firm administration, security and billing are live. The review engine, reports and client records are being built and are not yet available to new firms. Nothing on this page describes a result; it describes what the software is designed to do.
All prices exclude VAT. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the paid period; annual plans are ten times the monthly price. Every plan includes a fixed number of checks a month and a fixed number of people: there are no usage charges and no extra seats to buy. When either is reached, moving up a plan is the way to get more — immediately, and charged pro rata for the rest of the period. Unused allowance does not carry over.
